It is the policy of Tony Stewart Racing, Inc. to accept returned merchandise under the following conditions only:
- Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions will be made.
- In order to return/exchange an item, you must call 1-800-867-6067 and obtain a return authorization number. When returning an item, you must display this number on the outside of the package. Any package received at our office without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender. Tony Stewart Racing must receive the package no later than 30 days after obtaining a return authorization number.
- Due to volatility of the diecast market, returns and exchanges of diecasts are NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
- Returns for proven manufacturing defects are accepted.
- Clothing exchanges are accepted for size correction purposes only as long as garment is unwashed and unworn.
- Any items that require reshipping to customer will incur additional shipping charges.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges on food items.
- We will accept returns if the package is damaged by carrier (Damage MUST be noted by carrier as well).
- All order cancellations and/or product returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
- Returned products having any odor (i.e. smoke, body odor) will be sent back to customer and not credited.
